AUDITION REGISTRATION PROCESS
• Make sure all portions of the audition form are filled out.
• The Parent & The dancer must sign the form. The dancer is also responsible for
filling out the portion ‘Why I want to be in The Core’. This information will be reviewed.
• Make sure you have checked the appropriate audition time. If your dancer is
doing a late audition, make sure you check that box. We will email you the late
audition process at a later date, but we do need to know now to plan.
• Accepted forms of payment are: Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard.
• Audition forms can be dropped off by The Complex, or mailed in.
